If you aren’t eating Greek yoghurt, you are missing out.
I’ve been eating it daily for at least the last 6 months. It is so satisfying and the most easy and cheap protein source in the world.
Greek or natural yoghurt is already awesome… but I like to improve on it.
*This works well with any brand of Greek yoghurt that is 2% fat.
I like a little fat because it is more satisfying than non-fat.
Choose plain, vanilla or honey flavoured.
Fill a regular-sized cereal bowl with Greek yoghurt.
That should be around 180 calories and 21 grams of protein.
Then mix in honey, dark chocolate and a sliced banana.
For extra protein or calories, you can add in peanut butter, nuts, bran flakes, organic oats, or more fruit or simply add in some collagen protein or half a whey shake on the side.
The customisable element makes it amazing! It means you can have a meal that is guaranteed protein and the exact calories you want (depending on whether you want to eat in a surplus or deficit) and you don't even need to cook a single thing!
When I mix it with melted chocolate and honey with some brank flakes, it turns the Greek Yogurt into a delicious Chocolate, Mocha, or Vanilla dessert.
If you feel really naughty then freeze this stuff and you can cut it up into a chocolate and banana bark.
This winds up being roughly 360 calories and 40 grams of protein (with a protein shake). But I've eaten a version of this dish when bulking that has gone up to 1000 calories! The choice is yours.
