Eternobody is an aspirational fitness and lifestyle brand founded in 2022 by Seb Hodgkinson, built to redefine what it means to be in shape both physically and mentally.
Born from frustration with traditional gym culture, Eternobody was created for those who want more from their body and life but refuse to subscribe to the predominately cringe, ego-driven fitness scene.
At Eternobody, our mission is to bring the most effective wellness products and training solutions designed to build the physique, mindset, and drive needed to perform at the highest level and become truly limitless.

Eternobody began as a simple idea; making change part of who you are and last forever.
Getting in shape for a few months (and losing it all after) isn’t the goal. The goal is to become the person who stays in great shape for life. The kind of person who makes it look effortless.
But traditional fitness spaces felt outdated. Complicated, ineffective, and obsessed with extremes. No one was talking about the sweet spot.
Building a beach-ripped body.
Traditional fitness also rarely addressed the bigger picture. The mental edge, lifestyle, and habits that allow you to get dialled in and win across all domains of life.
At Eternobody, we refused to accept these trade-offs and so our mission began to develop a set of products and protocols which leverage fitness as a lifetime force multiplier for those seeking to actualise the highest version of themselves.
Our pursuit led to one answer:

Through refining the essential levers of strategic training, optimised nutrition, and mental recalibration; our goal is to reshape the narrative around fitness.

Our Founder
Seb Hodgkinson is the founder and CEO of Eternobody; leading with the vision to redefine fitness and personal transformation.
An A&F graduate from UOL, he launched Eternobody at university after feeling like he could offer something different to the fitness space.
Gym culture felt exclusive and cringe, disconnected from the kind of approach he wanted to follow and the lasting change he wanted.
As his passion for fitness and personal development grew, he spent years reading, experimenting, split-testing and refining to find what worked for him, his friends and eventually his first group of clients.
Eternobody is the result.

"Eternobody started one Christmas in my childhood bedroom because nothing out there spoke to me. I'd felt the most insane benefits from this stuff and hated the idea not everybody was going to feel them due to the same misconceptions, limiting beliefs or stumbling blocks that I faced. This brand is very personal to me and I've built everything with my heart and soul, hoping to play even 1% of the role in helping others reap the benefits of fitness and personal development. Everything is created through the lens of helping my previous self.
