Training all muscle groups is important but there's no need to build watermelon pecs, tree-trunk quads or yolked traps if the goal is to build this type of athletic-looking body.

  • DB Romanian Deadlifts: 3 sets x 10-12 reps (straight sets)
  • Leg Extensions: 3 sets x 10-12 reps (straight sets)
  • Weighted Knee/Leg Raises: 3 sets x 8-15 reps (straight sets)
  • Neck Curls: 3 sets x 15-20 reps (normal pyramid training)


WORKOUT C (FRIDAY)

  • Seated DB Shoulder Press: 3 sets x 6-8, 8-10 reps (reverse pyramid training)⠀⠀

  • Incline Cable Fly: 3 sets x 8-12 reps (straight sets)

  • Lateral Raises: 1 set x 12-15 reps + 3 mini-sets x 4-6 reps (rest-pause training)

THE JACOB ELORDI DIET PLAN

In his journey to shed 10kg (22lbs) of fat, Elordi employed a form of intermittent fasting, a practice I also recommended in the Eternobody fitness programs. Rather than rigidly adhering to set fasting hours like most cultish fasting experts, he adopted a more flexible approach, simply delaying his first meal until hunger struck. This makes it easier to hit the calorie deficit because there are only so many calories you can consume in X amount of hours. His lunches leaned towards lighter options, often sushi, while dinners comprised more indulgent choices like burgers and pizzas.


Breakfast: Fast with coffee

Lunch: Sushi and fruit juice

Dinner: Beef Burgers


For those who find traditional routines cumbersome, Elordi's approach simplifies the process, highlighting the impact of overall calorie and protein intake on body composition. While a nutrient-dense diet and more voluminous food choices are generally recommended, his method emphasises flexibility, showing that adherence to a routine matters more than strict dietary choices. The "fast, small lunch, big dinner" structure, advocated by Elordi, aligns with many lifestyles, making it a practical and achievable approach for those seeking results without unnecessary complications.
